The United States Border Patrol (USBP), as part of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), secures U.S. borders against the illegal entry of people and goods. This mission requires (1) detecting illegal entries; (2) identifying and classifying them to determine the level of threat; (3) efficiently and effectively responding, and (4) bringing each event to a law enforcement resolution. USBP is interested in learning about the capabilities and availability of commercially available dual (Threshold - T), single (Objective - O) tripod mounted APSS which include, but are not limited to, radar, infrared camera, electro-optical camera, and associated components. An Agent operator shall have the ability to easily operate the radar and cameras in tandem or separately from a ruggedized laptop.
