AFJROTC LE200 Book Re-write
The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement to purchase items and services as described in the PWS. This is a streamlined combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement serves as both a notice to offerors and the solicitation, as a formal solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a request for proposal using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13.5 "Test Program for Certain Commercial Items" (Reference: F2XJA34077A002 - LE200 Book re-write). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76 (25 July 14) and the DPN 20140805 effective (05 August 2014). It is the Offeror's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions.
A Firm Fixed Priced Award will be made in accordance with the following:
NAICS Code: This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511130 with a small business size standard of 500 Employees.
