This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This requirement is being solicited as a sole source to the University of Tennessee. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The approved Justification and Approval will be made publically available within 14 days after contract award by posting it to FedBizOpps.
