AFICA-Medical Logistics Workshop
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, supplemented with additional information included in this notice and attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The Request for Quotation number is FA8052-14-ML Workshop, AFICA-Medical Logistics Workshop.
Final Proposals, including Technical Capability and Cost/Price proposals, are due NLT 1:00 PM (local San Antonio TX time) on 22 July 2014. Estimated award date is 28 July 2014.
Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-54 are incorporated. This requirement is full and open competition under NAICS 721110, with a Size Standard of $30 Million (FAR 19.502-2(a)).
All qualified businesses under this NAICS code are encouraged to submit quotes. The Air Force Installation Contracting Agency (AFICA), 773rd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (773 ESS/PK) has a requirement for hotel rooms and conference center facility to host the Medical Logistics Workshop from 26-28 August 2014 at a hotel must be centrally located within eight (8) miles of Fort Detrick, Frederick, Maryland for the requirements described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) dated 01 July 2014 (Attachment 1).
