1. Malmstrom Air Force Base, Great Falls, MT is seeking an annual security camera preventative maintenance contract. We have 11 dormitories, each with one centralized camera management area that includes two DVRs. There are also cameras located on the first, second, and third floors of each dorm. Our entire inventory includes:
1.1 Veilux 32 Channel DVRs (xl 4)
1.2 Veilux 16 Channel DVRs (x12)
- Each DVR contains a 3.5 terabyte hard drive
1.3 Veilux infra-red cameras (x274)
2. After coordinating with MAFB contracting office to obtain base access pass, contractor will make quarterly visits to the base to complete the following:
2.1 Perform DVR playback functions on all systems
2.2 Clean inside of DVRs of any dust to prevent system failure
2.3 Perform system upgrades necessary to maintain optimal performance
2.4 Ensure cameras are facing the correct direction with lenses in focus and correct any that are not.
2.5 Make necessary repairs to ensure CCTV system is running at optimal performance. CDMO will purchase replacement parts, etc. Contractor will make repairs.
2.5 Replacement parts are not covered under this contract.
3. Contractor must be certified to work on security camera systems and must provide all supplies and equipment to complete the job. Work must be accomplished between the hours of 0900-1600, Monday through Friday.
