AFICA - AFGSC B-2 Companion Trainer Program
The Government is conducting initial market research to identify potential non-developmental, Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions. The Government's goal is to understand industry's ability to potentially support AFGSC's requirements for a Companion Trainer Aircraft (CTA) in support of the 509th Bomb Wing (BW) at Whiteman AFB, MO. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information and authoritative data from industry to determine the feasibility of utilization COTS aircraft to meet the military requirements detailed in Attachment 1: Aircraft Capability Survey.
