The site visit will be conducted on Wednesday, 09 July 2014, at 9:30 A.M. Additionally, all interested parties must notify Deric Blum or Kathryn Cortes (contact information below) by 4:00 PM MST on 7 July 2014 if they plan on attending the site visit and the number of personnel attending (no more than 2 attendees per company).
