The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. Install Standby Circuits to B-1827 and B1828, NZAS 16-0027. The project includes installation of standby circuits from Building 1831 to Buildings 1827 and 1828. The description of the project is to provide all items, articles, materials, operations, or methods listed, mentioned or scheduled on the drawings and/or as specified herein, including all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary and required for completion of the scope of this project. The Request For Quote will be available on or about 1 Aug 2014. The Request for Quote will close on or about 29 Aug 2014. The Performance Period for this project is fourty-five (45) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award of the solicitation. This acquisition is open to small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010. The Request for Quote will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov.
