The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is hereby issuing a Request for Information (RFI) on behalf of the Service Craft and Seaborne Targets Program Office (PMS325T) to disseminate to industry information on the anticipated acquisition of a non-self-propelled floating dry dock, hereafter referred to as AFDM(X). The Navy is pursuing information regarding either:

§  purchasing, conversion or industrial development/leasing of an existing floating dry dock or,

§  the design/construction of a new floating dry dock
