AFD VEGETATION MONITORING
The Bureau of Reclamation, Alamosa Field Division is issuing a request for quote for a Vegetation Monitoring Contract. The contact will be awarded based on the Evaluation Clause as listed in the RFQ.
This is a firm-fixed price award will be made for a base plus up to 4 option years with a potential to extend for another 6 months to extend services.
This is a Simplified Acquisition contract which could possibly be over $25,000. Therefore this contract will also be advertised on FedBizOps.
This contract will be a request for written quotes.
The anticipated notification date will be May 28, 2014. The actual contract will not be awarded until June 1, 2014.
This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
Quotes can be submitted through FedBizOps, e-mailed to [email protected], faxed to (719) 589-5379 or mailed to Bureau of Reclamation, Alamosa Field Division, 10900 Highway 160 E, Alamosa, CO 81101, Attention: Shannon Darnall.
Quotes must be submitted by May 23, 2014, by 4:00 p.m. MST.
All responsible sources may submit a quote and will be considered by the agency.
