AF Reserve Recruiters Advertising/Marketing
This is the pre-solicitation synopsis for soliciation FA6643-16-R-0011. The HQ AFRC Directorate of AFRC RS (Recruiting Service) requires a full-service advertising service provider (hereafter referred to as “Contractor”) capable of providing all necessary management, supervision, labor, material and equipment required to plan, create, design, produce, place, evaluate and measure the effectiveness of advertising and special events in support of Air Force Reserve national, regional, and local recruiting marketing. The Contractor shall be expected to perform normal advertising services in support of advertising planning and execution and all general advertising services falling within the usual organizational structure of a full-service advertising agency. Specific tasks may include the planning, creating, designing, producing, placing and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns in support of overall Air Force Reserve communications objectives and all Air Force Reserve recruiting programs in all appropriate media. This is an Indefinite Delivery Requirements contract as contemplated by FAR 16.503, for a basic period and 3 annual options. Task Orders will be issued for individual orders for services or promotional items described within the scope of the Performance Work Statement. The proposed contract is estimated to be $19.3 million annually,for a 4 year total of $77 million.
