The work includes the design of a new 10,000 SF office building with associated staff and visitor parking. The work will include all civil, architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical and electrical related disciplines. Design should incorporate criteria of LEED-NC such that the completed project will achieve LEED-NC v2.2 Silver Certification.
