ADVERTISING AGENCY SERVICES
The Orlando CVB seeks specific agency expertise in 3 particular areas/markets:
1) Domestic consumer marketing, 2) Interactive marketing, 3) Meetings and
conventions sales and marketing. Other agency affiliations or partnerships will be
allowed to be proposed in the event there is an area of specialization where it
would be advantageous to bring such a relationship to the table (e.g., for the
meetings/convention market or interactive marketing). If a partnership or
affiliation is proposed, Section B should be filled out completely for this partner as
well. It should also be noted when an agency is contemplating the scope of the
engagement covered by this RFP that the Orlando CVB has engaged or plans to
engage separate agencies to a) target niche domestic African American and
Hispanic markets, b) assist in domestic public relations, and c) assist in
international trade and PR efforts.
