ADVANCED METERING AND BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS RFP
Economic Development Corporation is seeking a consultant or consultant team to assist with implementation of its long-term plan to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions of municipal buildings and operations.
Specifically, the City seeks to increase its capabilities to meter, monitor, analyze and remotely control energy use in its facilities via an Energy Information System and/or an Energy Management and Control System. It is envisioned that the Systems could range from quite minimal to fairly complex and that no one System will be appropriate for all facilities given the diversity of the Citys inventory.
NYCEDC plans to select a consultant on the basis of factors stated in the RFP which include, but are not limited to: the quality of the proposal, experience of key staff identified in the proposal, experience and quality of any subcontractors proposed, demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP, and the proposed fee.
