ADOLESCENT INPATIENT/RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT SERVICES
The Department of Health and Hospitals, Office for Addictive Disorders is soliciting
proposals from qualified proposers interested in providing inpatient/residential
treatment services for adolescents ages 12 to 17 in a free-standing (not hospitalbased)
setting. OAD is seeking proposals for one inpatient/residential program to
provide 54 beds for adolescent boys and girls for the treatment of addictive
disorders. The facility must be located in one of the following parishes: East
Feliciana, West Feliciana, Pointe Coupee, East Baton Rouge, West Baton Rouge,

Iberville, or Ascension. Average daily utilization for FY 2008-2009 was
approximately 78% with an average waiting list of twenty-one adolescents.
