ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - UNIFORM MEDICAL PLAN

The State Health Care Authority (HCA) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to execute a contract with an experienced entity to provide a package of administrative services for HCAs largest self-insured medical plan, the Uniform Medical Plan (UMP). The administrative services package will include at least claims adjudication, medical services management, member services, account management, and online services. The selected vendor must also provide an out-of-state provider network, an in-state professional provider network, and at HCAs discretion selected elements of a Washington state hospital provider network.
