ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
The County is requesting proposals from qualified Vendors, for the
administration of the Countys Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Economic
Development Allocation Business Loan Program. Currently, this program consists of
two Revolving Loan Accounts; Business Expansion and Retention, and Microenterprise.
The County receives program income (business loan principal and interest payments),
and there is a need to administer and revolve these funds in a manner consistent with
County Housing and Community
Development (HCD) policies and procedures.
