This project is Phase 2 of a two phase building construction project on the SCSU campus. Phase 2 involves
the construction of approximately 6,100 SF of ground level office space for Information Technology.
Project includes enclosed offices, open offices, and support spaces. Phase 2 includes the demolition of a
3,600 SF, wood frame, Temporary Building TE-5. Phase 2 construction will be contiguous with the
completed and occupied Phase 1 portion of the building. Phase 2 construction will match finish materials
and architectural details of Phase 1.
