This item is AMC/AMSC coded as 1G, IAW Basic Drawing NR 98747 200027353 REV NR A DTD 11/14/2013. This item is a subject to export-control regulations, Higher Level Requirement ISO 9001:2008, and has a Government First Article Test (FAT) requirement. This solicitation includes provision 52.246-9023, Reverse Auction. This NSN has a Government First Article Requirement that requires 1 EA. The FAT requirement will have Inspection at Origin and Acceptance at Destination, FOB Destination. Production Clin will have Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, FOB Origin. Ship To stock location, 68 EA at Warner Robbins, GA, and STANDARD COMMERCIAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM D 3951 required. Delivery is requested at 418 Days ARO (submit FAT 60 Days ARO, Government Evaluation 60 Days, and Production delivery 298 days After Final FAT approval). Delivery if FAT is waived is requested at 298 Days ARO. The acquisition will be solicited as a Small business Set-Aside 100%. The estimated solicitation open date is on or about 7/11/2014, with a tentative closing date of 8/11/2014. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
