ADA Compliant Upgrades

ADA Compliant Upgrades to include replacement of existing 32" wide dorm room doors with 36" doors including new frames, replace existing stairway 30" double doors with a single 36" rated door/frames, renovate existing study rooms and countertops to meet ADA including replacement of doors into study rooms to meet ADA. Door hardware shall be upgraded at all door replacement locations to meet ADA. Select dorm rooms to be converted into ADA compliant bedrooms and bathrooms including architectural, interiors, electrical, mechanical and plumbing.
