The American Cheese Society (ACS) is seeking a partner for the design and development of an updated and improved ACS website. Please see the attached RFP for details including our goals, objectives, and technical and functional requirements.
The timeline for our RFP process is outlined below:
March 9, 2018: Deadline to RSVP participation
Week of March 12, 2018: Conference calls with vendors to discuss RFP
March 30, 2018: Deadline for vendors to submit proposals
April 6, 2018: Selection of finalists
April 16-17, 2018: Vendor finalist presentations
April 20, 2018: Final vendor selected
May 1, 2018: Targeted project start date
Sept 30, 2018: Initial launch (phase 1 priorities)
Dec 30, 2018: Phase 2 priorities live
March 30, 2019: Phase 3 priorities live
