Information Technology consulting services for NYC-based agency. Qualified vendors only. The City of New York Administration for Children’s Services (“ACS”) is seeking a vendor to provide to prepare ACS’s Open Text Records Management system to accept, manage and track existing records (folders) for ACS’s Adoption Subsidy program. The system will enable ACS to manage case folders received for storage and enable the tracking of case folders in circulation.
