The US Army Corps of Engineers seeks information about qualified small businesses capable of providing maintenance of Access Control Points for Little Rock AFB, AR. This acquisition will be accomplished using North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561210 (Facilities Support Services). The Small Business Size Standard is $38.5M. The service period will be 1-year with up to 2 annual options.
Interested firms must provide a narrative statement (not to exceed 2 pages total) containing the information below.

6. If awarded a contract for the services in the PWS, can your firm comply with the self-performance requirements of 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting? ("At least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees of the concern.")

8. Does your company have experience performing both regular periodic preventative maintenance and occasional corrective maintenance of Active Vehicle Barriers similar to the attached PWS within the last 3 years? Who were your customers? For each customer (not to exceed three customers), provide a short 1 or 2 paragraph narrative giving examples of services provided.
