Other than full and open competition, potential source: Senior Operations LLC, CAGE 07649. FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. This is a request for proposal for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Estimated Annual Quantities for the base and four one-year option periods will be 20 each. Surge requirements do not apply.
