AC/DC Hall Effect System
The University would like to procure an AC field and DC field electromagnet-based Hall Effect system with cryogen free temperature operation with mulitfunction capabilities for characterizing oxide thin films, silicon based devices, and other semiconductor materials. Minimum system specs are listed in the RFP.
