for the provision of abstinence education pursuant to the Title V State Abstinence Program under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2020 (Affordable Care Act). The goals of theAbstinence Education Program are to: 1. Reduce teen pregnancy rate from 21 per 1,000 teens age 15-17 in 2008 to 15 per 1,000 teens age 15-17 by 2020. 2. Reduce Chlamydia rates from 28 per 1,000 women age 15-19 in 2009 to 26 per 1,000 women age 15-19 in 2020.
