ABILITY AND ACHIEVEMENT ASSESSMENT PROGRAM

It is the intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide a norm-referenced ability and achievement assessment program for students in grade 3 (ability), students in grade 4 (achievement), and on a limited basis for grade 5 students without a standardized achievement test for a five year period beginning in the 2010-2011 school year. The total number of students expected to take either the ability or the achievement assessment per year is approximately 7,250.
