The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to develop an Early Education and Care Unified System (EEC-US) that will manage all aspects of EECs business practices. The EEC-US project will establish a single, seamless online system for EEC.
The new system will provide a single point of entry or "one-stop shopping" from any early education and care location. All providers, rates, schedules, and services will be maintained in a common database enabling online access for all families. Families will apply for financial assistance, view program availability, and determine the best placement for their child from any location.
