A Study of the Use of a Project Labor Agreement
College (College) invites proposals (Proposal(s)) from qualified companies (Company) to perform a study to evaluate the use of a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) during the construction of the Classroom Building at the Campus.
If the College determines its best interest is the use of a PLA, the Company will be further engaged to negotiate, implement and execute the agreement through the completion of construction. Respondents are required to propose these optional services.
