REVISED SPECIAL PREQUALIFICATION REQUIRED IN CATEGORY 32 CONSTRUCTION OF SUSTAINABLE/ENERGY EFFICIENT HOMES FOR $200,000.00. Revised Special Prequalification applications are available in the amended bid specs or by download from this webpage, and are due November 30, 2009 by 4:00 PM.
The Project includes all supervision, tools, machinery, incidental materials, supplies, insurance and licenses necessary to construct a 2546 sf main house and 600 sf accessory dwelling unit. The contractor shall utilize materials and labor that are being donated to the Owner by the suppliers indicated in the contract. The contractor is to supply all other labor and materials that are not being donated.
Construction shall meet requirements to Earth Advantage Homes Platinum and Energy Star Certification.
Work includes complete electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, site utilities and service connections, drywell installation and construction of driveway, patios and walks. Work does not include landscaping.
