A Principal Investigator (PI) and team will conduct a Reuse Study for the Kasson Public
School located at 101 3rd Avenue Northwest (hereafter referred to as School or the
Kasson Elementary School) in Kasson, Minnesota.

The City of Kasson (City) and the Kasson Alliance for Restoration, Inc. (KARE)
(collectively, Study Sponsors) are jointly sponsoring and overseeing the reuse study.
