A FEASIBILITY STUDY OF THE INSTALLATION OF A NEW LIQUEFIED NATURAL
The City of Fresno (City) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering
firms for the preparation of a feasibility study for the installation of a new liquefied natural gas (LNG)
facility to be installed at the Fresno/Clovis Regional Wastewater Reclamation Facility. The study will
contain a financial analysis including the construction costs and ongoing financial sustainability. The
study will include a location and required utilities analysis. Also included will be the determination of
all necessary permits and all governmental requirements. The final item to be included will be
determining the required natural gas quality feeding the facility. The desired facility will be able to
produce approximately 10,000 gallons of liquefied natural gas daily.
