THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE to solicit a service contract to provide Janitorial Park Cleaning Services for Capital Regional Office, Lake Georgetown (Williamson County) and Granger Lake (Williamson County), Texas.
This will be a Competitive 100% Small Business Set-Aside Solicitation for a service contract to provide Janitorial Park Cleaning Services.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the Bulk Refuse Receptacle collection and disposal services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
This is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. The NAICS Code is 562111.
Once the solicitation is released, to be eligible to receive a Government contract award, a firm must be registered in the Official U.S. Government system, System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM Internet site at https://www.sam.gov.
Contract period of performance shall be a base period of three months/quarter with 19 work options of three months/quarters.
