This combined synopsis/solicitation, W912L919R0034, is being issued as a small business set-aside Request for Quotation. Northern America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 332312, Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing. The size standard is 500 employees.
The Indiana Army National Guard has a requirement for physical security unit storage room caging. The contract type for this procurement will be a firm-fixed price contract.
Specifications:

Security Fencing:
- Height: 106"H top of Post and Panels
- 3-14" Floor sweep at the cage bottom
- All gates and doors 7'H
- Keyed cylinder Locks & Hasps (keyed diff. w/ master)
- Wire Panels: 10 gauge, 2" x 1" woven wire mesh
- Posts: 2"x 2" x 14 gauge steel tubing
- 12 Large Angle Clips


Duffle Bag Storage:
- 132 Soldier Total Capacity
- All Welded Lockers: 30"D x 36" W x 104
- Each Unit Contains 6 Lockers: 17" H each
- Full drop front panel, Secure with padlock
- 2 gauge base, 6 gauge sides, ends, & lid
- Open mesh pattern
- Capacity: 200 lbs/lockers


Steel Shelving
- Open Steel Shelving (no sides or backs)
- 87"H x 24" x 48" W
- 600 lb. capacity per shelf
- 6 Shelves per Section
- Semi-permanent hooks for each section totaling 165 Study enough to hold over 15 lbs. each
- Removal of all existing material and construction is also needed


Evaluations Factors: Award will be made on the basis of best value. Price will be the secondary consideration. Primary to price will be the quality of material and components and design. The Government reserves the right to award to other than lowest quote if the lowest quote does not best demonstrate the characteristics or qualifications to meet the requirement.
All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with SAM and WAWF/iRAPT, and be in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. Quotes must include CAGE/DUNS number, federal tax number and company's point of contact information. A site visit is planned for Wednesday, July 3rd at 10:30AM at the following location:

All vendors interested in submitting a quote should have representation in attendance, and we request the courtesy of notification that you are planning on attending. Following the site visit, question regarding this requirement must be submitted via email nlt 11:00am (Eastern), 12 July 2019, with sufficient time to do any research to answer question prior to the closing of this posting. Please provide your submission to the United States Property and Fiscal Office Purchasing and Contracting of Indiana no later than 11:00am (Eastern) 30 July 2019.
