A/V refreash at Building 291 E
The Transportation Security Administration Office of Law Enforcement has a requirement for a fixed price construction contract to install audio/visual (AV) equipment in Buillding 291E at the William J. Hughes Technical Center. The SOW is attached.
The requirement is a total small business set-aside in accordance with NAICS code 238210. The contractor shall be responsible for all removal and disposal of debris i/a/w local, state and federal regulations. The total estimated value of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.00. Performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100 % of the contract price are required after notification of award. Construction shall commence 10 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice To Proceed and shall not exceed 60 days from the Notice to Proceed. A MANDATORY site visit will be held on June 26, 2014, at 10:00 EST with all interested parties meeting at the Secuity Operations Center at the Main Gate of the William J. Hughes Technical Center. The solicitation documents will be distributed at the site visit. Only contractors who attend the site visit will be eligible for award consideration.
