A/V Maintenance and Service
The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg. 804, Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement to purchase Audio/Visual Maintenance and services as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), (Attachment 1). This is a streamlined combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99 and DFARS DPN change notice 20180629.

This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811211, Consumer Electronics Repair and Maintenance, with a size standard of $7,500,000.00.
