A/E -- Renovation

The renovation will include the demolition of the Annex to make room for the addition of a new lecture hall designed as a state-of-the-art learning environment with a capacity of as many as 400. Additional space for a new black box theater and scene shop is also anticipated. The entire building and mechanical systems will be renovated, updated, and modernized. Services include schematic design, design development, cost estimate, construction documents, including detailed drawings, and specifications, reviewing bids, and construction observation while the project is under construction.
