Architect-Engineering (A/E) Services for the Design of an Annex to the existing Southern Maryland Courthouse in Greenbelt, MD. The estimated project construction cost range is $80 million to $90 million. This construction cost range excludes the cost of the design effort in the proposed design contract. GSA anticipates using the traditional Design-Bid-Build method of project delivery.
