A/E Design Services for Renovations and Additions to the Middleburg Volunteer Fire Department
The intent of this Request for Proposal is to select a qualified Architectural and Engineering firm with experience in the design and renovation of fire and rescue buildings to provide architectural and engineering services for the design and construction of the renovation and addition to the Middleburg Volunteer Fire Department (MVFD) located at 910 West Washington Street in Middleburg, Virginia. The successful offeror will demonstrate excellent management skills and technical expertise in renovations in order to:
Produce detailed and fully coordinated architectural and engineering designs, construction drawings and specifications;
Obtain approvals of the Town of Middleburg including the Historic District Review Committee as required;
Present schematic designs to Community support groups; and
Provide construction administration.
