A?E PROFESSIONAL SERVICES - MECHANICAL EXPERTISE
The Architect/Engineer Subcontractor with Mechanical Expertise will have a wide range of experience in the area of design and construction for industrial facilities. This Subcontractor will have in-house capability of the mechanical engineering disciplines required to provide support with minimal use of sub-tier consultants. In addition, this firm should have the ability to assemble and manage an effective project team through the use of both in-house and consultant disciplines. In addition to general mechanical design capabilities, the Subcontractor with Mechanical Expertise will be required to have demonstrated experience in the following areas: Chilled Water systems; Low Conductivity Water systems; Fire Protection systems, Design of Data Center HVAC systems, Commissioning Services, Experience in implementing the U.S. Department of Energy's Guiding Principles for High Performance and Sustainable Buildings; and Experience in achieving a USGBC LEED certification.
