A&E to expand VA Med Center in Louisiana
The A/E Consultant shall provide all Architectural and Engineering Services necessary to review, verify existing conditions and update contract documents prepared in 1999 consisting of specifications and drawings for constructing expansion of approximately 16,876 new gross square feet and 10,341 renovated gross square feet of adjoining space to facilitate the expansion to the Ambulatory Care Wing, and east side, Building 7 at the VA Medical Center, Alexandria, Louisiana. In addition, the A/E shall provide services to prepare complete contract documents to renovate approximately 8,000 square feet for a new Emergency Department and associated support space.
