A&E Services for Campus Parking Structure with Offices
The project is a new 650-750 stall parking structure with approx. 4,000-8,000 square feet of office space located on the east side of the existing parking structure #2 on the _ _ _ campus.
The proposed parking structure #2, phase 2 as currently envisioned will be four to five stories in height, with the office space parallel to _ _ on the North end of the structure. The pripmary parking entrance may be through the existing parking structure phase 1 Southern entrance or include a separate Southern entrance and may have a secondary exit to _ _ or through phase 1 onto _ _. The use of the parking consultatnt is encouraged but not required to address the internal and external ciruclation of the parking strucutre phase 2. Traffic flow is critical to it's operation in conjunction with the existing phase 1 parking structure, adjacent streets, and pedestrian corridors. Architectural features will be similar to the parking structure phase 1 and in compliance with BSU Campus standards.
