A&E Services - Facilities Master Plan

A Community College is soliciting the submittal of qualifications from Architectural/Engineering/Planning firms for the service of creating a Campus Master Plan for multiple campuses.
The successful firm must have completed projects of similar scope and complexity and have a working knowledge of the Colorado State Buildings Program and CCHE/DHE planning requirements and procedures. The successful firm will work in conjunction with the PPCC Program Manager as well as designated campus focus groups to assure all of the requirements of the Colorado Community College System (CCCS) Office for a Facilities Master Plan are met.
The successful firm must demonstrate their proposed team and all consultants will complete the Facilities Master Plan within twelve (12) months of execution of the Contract Agreement.
