A&E Professional Services for Projects in the California State Parks System
The State of California, Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for Architectural and Engineering Services for projects located in the California State Parks System for the disciplines of Architecture, Historic Architecture, Landscape Architecture-Design, Land Surveying, Geotechnical Engineering, Testing-Lab and Field, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering-Lighting Design, Structural Engineering and Historic Structural Engineering.
Services for potential projects include, however are not limited to, some or all of the following: study, planning, schematics, preliminary design, design development, preparation of construction documents, estimating, specification writing, preparation of building analyses for existing historic and non-historic structures, obtaining permits from state agencies such as the State Fire Marshall and the Access Compliance Section of the Division of State Architect. Potential projects will include, however not be limited to, building and civil systems renovation, rehabilitation of historic structures, new construction, and remediation/mitigation projects.
Firms will be selected and designated to perform Professional Services throughout California.
