The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), National Park Service (NPS), Bullhead City (City), Mohave County, and Clark County have agreed to develop the Arizona Heritage Trail. The Trail Design Review Team will consist of members from each of these organizations and be coordinated by Reclamation. The approximately 3.6-mile-long Trail will run along the Arizona side of the Colorado River from the top of Davis Dam to the AZ State Route 68/NV State Route 163 Bridge (Laughlin Bridge). The Trail will have 6 spur trails, a 2,100 foot long adventure trail, and optional alternative trail section.
This Pre-solicitation Notice provides interested firms with information regarding Reclamation's requirement and areas to address when responding. Please see the attached Request for Qualifications document and Past Performance Questionnaire on FedConnect.
This requirement is being solicited as total small business 100%. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541320 - Landscape Architectural Services which has a small business size standard of $7.5 million.
