General Services Administration (GSA) Public Building Services (PBS), Region 4, is seeking a contractor capable of furnishing all management, labor, materials, tools, equipment, testing, coordination and transportation in support of general construction, as follows: Demo walls, doors, chair rails, folding partition; Remove/reuse/replace suspended acoustical tile ceiling; Furnish and install new clerestory windows, vinyl tile, metal stud walls with gypsum board, cove base, carpet tile, surface countertops, paper towel/soap dispensers, sink, faucet, diffusers, sprinklers, ice machine, backsplash, kitchen/breakroom appliances, batt insulation, metal door frames, trim paint, stained doors and hardware; glass entry door; wall guards, signage, light fixtures electric wall receptacles for systems furniture, dedicated circuits, lamps in existing light fixtures; prime and paint all areas to match existing; perform electrical work. The US Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) has commissioned the renovation of their 9th Floor area of the Mazzoli Federal Building. All rooms are in Phase #2 area of the North West corner of the building and are within the limitations of work shown on statement/scope of work and drawing. All work shall be completed as per described in solicitation, agreement, statement/scope of work and drawings.
-The Government anticipates award of a single Firm Fixed Price contract.
-The estimated range for this project is between $250,000.00 $500,000.00.
