Firms are invited to submit a proposal to provide Professional Engineering or Consulting Services, hereinafter referred to as “Design Professional” throughout this document, to assist with the analysis and evaluation of solutions for the migration of ACCUG’s existing 800 MHz radio system from an existing Motorola analog Smartnet trunking system to a digital APCO Project 25 Phase II TDMA trunking system.
