8 Bed Homeless Housing
This is a pre-solicitation notice for Halfway House Services in accordance with FAR Part 5. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Central Alabama Veteran Healthcare System VAMC, Montgomery Alabama, is seeking sources for a potential contract to provide Halfway House Services for eligible veterans referred from the Montgomery VA Medical Center. The contractor's facility must be within 30 miles of the Montgomery VAMC. The intended contract is anticipated as a one base year with two (2) one year option periods.
Note that this requirement mandates that a contractor must be incompliance with the Life/Safety checklist at the time of the submission of the proposal or the proposal will be considered non responsive. A copy of the Life/Safety checklist can be obtained through the following points of contacts:
