The purposes of this Amendment are:
For the following requirements.
Item Nrs. 0001, 0002, 0004, and 0008
- Counters with
o Stainless Steel Tubing Frames,
o 16 gauge Type 304 Stainless Side Panels.
- Sneeze Guard need to be
3/8b thick tempered glass with brushed aluminum finish on the posts and hardware.
Item Nrs. 0003 and 0005
- Cold Pan Drop-Ins
o Forced Air Type
o Meets NSF 7 Guidelines.
COB of RFQ M62613-14-T-0043 is extended for two (2) more days from 29 July 2014 (JST)
to 31 July 2014 at 10:00 AM (JST), 21:00 (09:00PM) 30 July 2014 (EDT).
