737 Training Weapon Wall Lockers
This is a requirement for the 737 TRG Weapons Wall Lockers.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate Request for Quotes (RFQ) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA3016-19-Q-A133 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-03, DFARS Publication Notice (DPN) 20190628, and Air Force Federal Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2018-0525. This NAICS code is 337215 and the size standard is 500 Employees. This is a requirement for dorm furnishings, specifically metal wall lockers as indicated below.
Please respond to this RFQ by emailing response to: Lance Watters at e-mail: lance.watters.1@us.af.mil no later than Tuesday, 16 September 2019 at 12:00 p.m. (CST) (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified above shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received. All questions will be due no later than Thursday, 12 September 2019, at 12:00 p.m. (CST) (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. For site visits a base pass is required to gain access. Please use the pass request format and submit 24 hours prior to obtaining a pass. Passes can be picked up at the visitor center.
